What the video covers: signing up for Manus, retrieving FIX credentials, generating an API token via the Token Portal, adding the Axiory.ai connector in Manus, and verifying the connection. The video uses the Portal Token method (Part 3 below). Current Manus builds also support OAuth (Part 2) — a quicker, browser-only flow that doesn’t require manual token rotation.

Part 0: Requirements

For the Manus integration with Axiory to be functional, you will need a macOS or Windows computer with Google Chrome installed — Chrome is required for the MCP authorisation flow.

No paid account is needed. Unlike Claude, Manus offers MCP integration on free accounts. However, free users are currently limited to 300 credits per day — a limitation from Manus, not Axiory.

Part 1: Sign Up for Manus

Manus runs entirely in Google Chrome — no desktop app installation needed.

Step 1 — Sign In

1. Open https://manus.im/login in Google Chrome
2. The Sign in or sign up screen will appear
3. Sign in with Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Apple, or a standard email address
4. Complete the authentication flow
5. Once signed in, you’ll see the Manus home screen

Part 2: Connect via OAuth (Recommended)

OAuth is the fastest path. Manus opens a browser window where you enter your FIX credentials directly — no token to copy and rotate. This works on current Manus builds. If your build doesn’t expose an OAuth option in the connector form, use Part 3: Portal Token instead.

Step 1 — Retrieve Your FIX API Credentials

1. Open your cTrader desktop application. If not yet installed, download it from your Axiory portal.
2. Log in to cTrader.
3. Navigate to Settings and look for the FIX API category under Advanced Settings.
4. Click Change Password and create a password consisting of numbers only, at least four digits long. Write it down — you will need it shortly.

Step 2 — Add the Axiory Connector in Manus

1. In Manus, click on your profile icon at the bottom-left corner to open Settings
2. Navigate to the Connectors tab
3. Click + Add connectors
4. Fill in the connector configuration form:
   • Server Name — Enter Axiory.ai
   • Transport Type — Select HTTP
   • Server URL — Enter: https://mcp.axiory.ai/mcp
   • Authentication — Select OAuth 2.0
5. Click Save (or Connect) — Manus opens a new browser tab with the Axiory connection form

Step 3 — Fill in the Connection Form

The browser opens “Connect to cTrader FIX”. Fill in your FIX API credentials under Trade Connection:

1. FIX Host — Enter: live-uk-eqx-01.p.c-trader.com
2. SenderCompID — Enter your SenderCompID from cTrader (e.g. live2.axiory.10004287)
3. Password — Enter the FIX API password you set in Step 1. This is NOT your cTrader account password.
4. Trade Port (SSL) — Enter 5212
5. Trading Mode — Select your preferred mode:
   • readonly — view only, no trades
   • paper — simulated trades (recommended for testing)
   • live — real trades with real money

Step 4 (Optional) — Configure Risk Limits

Expand the ▸ Risk Limits section on the same page. These are safety guardrails that protect you from oversized or runaway trades:

Step 5 — Connect

1. Review all the filled fields
2. Click Connect at the bottom
3. You’ll see a “Connected Successfully” page that auto-closes
4. Manus now has a live OAuth session with the Axiory.ai bridge — tokens refresh automatically

Step 6 — Set Up cTrader ID Password (first-time only)

Skip this step if you have already set a cTrader ID password.

After connecting, you may be redirected to the cTrader ID page to set a password:

1. Enter a new password for your cTrader ID account
2. Confirm the password
3. Click Set password

Step 7 — Test the Connection

Back in Manus, open a new chat and send:

“Give me the current quotes for USD/JPY.”

Compare the result to your cTrader terminal. If the prices match, you have successfully connected Manus to Axiory.ai.

Part 3: Alternative — Portal Token Method

Use this method if your Manus build doesn’t yet expose an OAuth 2.0 option in the connector form, if you prefer a long-lived Bearer token, or if you’re following the video walkthrough above. Portal tokens are valid for 30 days and must be rotated manually.

Step 1 — Retrieve Your FIX API Credentials

Same as Part 2 → Step 1 above. Skip if already done.

Step 2 — Generate an API Token

1. Open https://mcp.axiory.ai/token-portal in your browser
2. A form titled “Token Portal” will appear — fill in your FIX API credentials:
   • FIX Host — Enter: live-uk-eqx-01.p.c-trader.com
   • SenderCompID — Enter your SenderCompID from cTrader (e.g. live2.axiory.10004287)
   • Password — Enter the FIX API password you set in Step 1. This is NOT your cTrader account password.
   • Trade Port (SSL) — Enter 5212
   • Trading Mode — Select your preferred mode:
     • readonly — view only, no trades
     • paper — simulated trades (recommended for testing)
     • live — real trades with real money

Step 3 (Optional) — Configure Risk Limits

Expand the ▸ Risk Limits section on the same page. The fields and defaults match the OAuth flow’s risk-limits table in Part 2, Step 4 above.

Step 4 — Copy Your API Token

1. Review all the filled fields
2. Click the Generate Token button at the bottom
3. A “Token Generated” page appears showing your API token

Important: The token is shown only once — copy it immediately and store it somewhere safe. You cannot retrieve it again.

Step 5 — Set Up cTrader ID Password (first-time only)

Same as Part 2 → Step 6 above. Skip if already done.

Step 6 — Add the Axiory Connector in Manus

1. In Manus, click on your profile icon at the bottom-left corner to open Settings
2. Navigate to the Connectors tab
3. Click + Add connectors

4. Fill in the connector configuration form:
   • Server Name — Enter Axiory.ai
   • Transport Type — Select HTTP
   • Server URL — Enter: https://mcp.axiory.ai/mcp
   • Under Custom Headers, click + Add custom header:
     • Header Name — Enter Authorization
     • Value — Enter Bearer followed immediately by your token (e.g. Bearer your_token_here)
5. Click Save
6. Click Try it out to activate the connector and open a test chat

Step 7 — Test the Connection

After clicking Try it out, Manus opens a new chat with a pre-written prompt. Send it and let Manus establish the connection.

To verify the connection is live and not hallucinated, ask:

“Give me the current quotes for USD/JPY.”

Compare the result to your cTrader terminal. If the prices match, you have successfully connected Manus to Axiory.ai.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should I use OAuth or the Portal Token?

OAuth (Part 2) is the recommended path: the browser handles authentication, and tokens refresh automatically. Use the Portal Token (Part 3) if your Manus build doesn’t expose an OAuth option in the connector form, or if you specifically need a long-lived Bearer token (e.g., for headless automation that can’t open a browser).

Do I need a paid Manus account to trade?

No. Unlike Claude or ChatGPT, Manus offers MCP integration on free accounts. However, free users are limited to 300 credits per day — a limit set by Manus, not Axiory.

How long is my session valid?

OAuth refreshes silently. Portal tokens are valid for 30 days — when one expires, return to https://mcp.axiory.ai/token-portal, revoke the old token, and generate a new one.

How do I enter the token in Manus correctly (Portal Token method)?

In the Manus connector settings under Custom Headers, type Authorization in the Header Name field. In the value field, type Bearer followed by a space, then paste your token — exactly like this: Bearer your_token_here.

Where do I find my FIX API credentials?

In your cTrader Desktop app, go to Settings → Advanced → FIX API. You will need the FIX Host, SenderCompID, and the numeric password you created there.

How can I verify Manus isn’t inventing market prices?

Ask: “Give me the current quotes for USD/JPY.” Compare the result to your cTrader terminal. Matching prices confirm the AI is pulling live data through the Axiory bridge.

Can I revoke my API token before 30 days?

Yes. Go to the Token Portal at https://mcp.axiory.ai/token-portal, scroll to the “Revoke all portal tokens” section, and enter your SenderCompID and cTrader ID password to cancel all active sessions. (OAuth sessions are revoked separately via Manus’s connector settings — disconnect or remove the connector.)

Does Manus require a desktop app?

No. Manus runs entirely in Google Chrome. There is nothing to download or install, making it one of the fastest ways to get started with Axiory.ai.
