Disclaimer & Risk Warnings
Trading Risk Warning
Section titled “Trading Risk Warning”Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The high degree of leverage available in forex and CFD trading can work against you as well as for you. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before trading.
There is a possibility that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

AI-Driven Trading Risks
Section titled “AI-Driven Trading Risks”This software enables AI agents to execute trading operations. AI-driven trading introduces additional risks beyond manual trading:
Hallucination Risk
Section titled “Hallucination Risk”AI models may generate incorrect analysis, misinterpret market conditions, or make decisions based on flawed reasoning. The AI may appear confident in its analysis even when it is fundamentally wrong.
Latency and Execution Risk
Section titled “Latency and Execution Risk”- Network delays between the AI agent, MCP server, and broker
- FIX message processing time may cause slippage
- Market conditions may change between analysis and execution
- Rate limiting may prevent timely order management
Misinterpretation Risk
Section titled “Misinterpretation Risk”- AI may misunderstand tool parameters (e.g., confusing lots with units)
- AI may not properly account for all risk factors
- AI may not understand market-specific conventions
- AI responses should never be treated as financial advice
Cascading Error Risk
Section titled “Cascading Error Risk”- A single misinterpreted signal can trigger multiple trades
- Automated strategies may compound losses rapidly
- Kill switch and rate limiters are safeguards, not guarantees
User Responsibilities
Section titled “User Responsibilities”By using this software, you acknowledge and accept that:
- You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, whether made manually or delegated to an AI agent
- You must configure risk parameters (position limits, daily loss limits, kill switch thresholds) appropriate for your risk tolerance
- You must monitor your trading activity, especially when using AI agents
- You must start in paper mode and thoroughly test before enabling live trading
- You must use appropriate risk management techniques (e.g., separate protective orders)
- You must understand that past performance does not guarantee future results
- The kill switch and risk guards are safety measures, not foolproof protections
